Easton shafts and arrows have been the leader in the archery industry for over 85 years.
Easton partnered with the world’s leading expert in nanotechnology, Amroy Europe Ltd., to develop and manufacture the first arrows ever with fully functionalized carbon nanotubes. New nano-infused or N-FUSED Carbon arrows yield higher strength to provide archers a more powerful version of the world’s best bowhunting ammunition.
The AXIS and ST Epic arrows employ nano-fused Hybtonite epoxy, developed by Amroy Europe Ltd. Amroy’s patented process transforms CNT into fully functionalized, covalently bonded mixture with epoxy resin, called . This unique hybrid material outperforms regular carbon resins to create a new standard in carbon arrow construction.
Easton’s proprietary N-Fused manufacturing process takes the resin and transforms it into a cross-linked carbon-epoxy composite structure.
Per the agreement, Easton Technical Products will be authorized to manufacture, distribute, and sell nanocarbon epoxy resin to third-party customers for sports applications in North America.
